404 error when trying to reply to blog

    Trying to reply to a blog, reply form is displayed at bottom of blog.

    inserted Name, Email, Reply message, then submitted
    but got the blog page with 404 error within it !!

    Interesting, if I go back and resubmit the reply, it says “Duplicate comment detected; it looks as though you’ve already said that!”

    So why are fresh replies returning a “Error 404 – Not Found” ?
