    Just read the material and it seems like it did the move correctly… i succesfully move other sites in the same way by exporting the database moving the corefiles and changing the config.php info and the URL in the database options panel.

    The index page shows up but the pages seem to not work… hence the 404 error… stating that the page might be misspelled paeg…

    I don’t really understand what the problem is

    Did you re-save your permalinks – one of the last steps when moving WordPress?

    Not sure if i did that… but when i look at the page permalink in the backend it does point to the correct url

    Okay… Now I get it… thank you for your help :o)

    Looks like this is cleared up, save the image files. You may need to do a “search and replace” to change the URL of the image links. Here’s one plugin that might help!
