404 Error when changing Products per Page

    Hi there,

    If i go to page 5 of my products at 9 per page,
    then change to 24 per page i get a 404 error.

    Is there a fix available for this?

    Hi,

    My apologies for the (very) late response, in some cases I don’t get a notification email of a support thread being created, as in this case.. ??

    There is a option in the plugin ‘First category page’ that will move the user to the first page when a different number of products per page is chosen. This will prevent the scenario that you’re mentioning where the user changes the PPP and the current page doesn’t exist anymore because of that.
