Please update to the latest version of WordPress and then resave your permalink structure. More info in Installation and FAQs tabs…

    Hi Sresari,

I wanted to highlight that your permalink structure needs to be set to “Post name”. I realised that if you use any other permalink structure, it doesn’t work. I had the same issue initially.

@maeve : Perhaps it’s something you could clarify?

    Hello everyone,

404 error is also happening to me.
I’ve resaved my permalinks but still get the 404 error. Is there anything else I should try?

    Thanks!

Same here! Everything, but the actual knowledge page with shortcode is 404.

    Thanks.

Hey guys, can you tell me if you are using the permalink structure %postname% ?

    Hi Maeve,

Yes, I’m using %postname%. Like the Knowledgebase page works, but when I click an article, it returns 404.

The knowledgebase page successfully shows mysite.com/knowledgebase hoever clicking the article, mysite.com/knowledgease/my-test-article gives the 404. Also clicking the category (category called ‘Test’) link from knowledgebase gives mysite.com/knowledgebase_category/test/ as also 404.

    Thanks!

    my permalink structure %postname%.
my category stricture is oke, but when i want to open an artcle, I can’t open any article and get a 404 message
