404 error – page not found

  • I have problem with WooCommerce Print Invoice & Delivery Note since the last update. Inside the orders dashboard its working well and I can print all invoices, packing lists and receipts, but if the customer wants to print it from frontend from “My-account” for example and click the PRINT button, then the 404 erros page appears. I have everything updated – WordPress, Woocommerce, plugin, theme, all updated. Before last update it was working well.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Just forgot to add that I have read the FAQ, saw the topic about 404 error page and I have my account page set up correctly as well as I have saved permalinks again several times. However none of that helps so far. The problem remain the same. ??

    Same problem in my store – print buttons produce 404 error pages. Checked FAQ, tried the following:

    • changed, tweaked, saved permalink settings
    • changed, tweaked , saved ‘print page target’
    • checked ‘my-account’ page is set
    • deactivated / reactivated print invoice plugin
    • checked plugin is latest version
    • tried both invoices and receipts

    One guess: my ‘my-account’ page is a sub page of the ‘shop’ (parent). All other account functionality including viewing orders works as expected.

    Have currently turned off printing functions.

    Do you use https?

    Could you please test something for me:

    1. Log in as a customer and got to the accounts page.
    2. right click on the print button and choose ‘open in new tab’.
    3. copy the url of the tab and paste it in here (Don’t forget to rename the domain to ie example.com before posting)
    4. Do the same thing for the admin user

    I have exactly the same problem.
    Tried with a different theme, too. No luck. Print from order confirmation comes up with a nasty 404.

    do you use https? and could you please provide the links asked in the post above, otherwise i can’t really help you.

    1. do you use https in the admin and in your front-end or only the front-end?

    2. is this really the link you get when you print from My account -> Print?

    3. Do your customers have an email address? Because without one you will get a 404 for sure, this is a security measure.

    4. Which ssl plugin do you use or how do you configure your ssl?
