    Hello,

I use the plugin Events Manager 5.9.5 but I have an error 404 after submitting the form of a single event ?

I try to re-saving wordpress permalink but it doesn’t work too.

My custom archive event page is /evenements, the single page event is /evenements/event-name/?date=2018-12-24 and the confirm page (the problem ERROR 404) is evenements/event-name/?date=2018-12-24#em-booking

The booking is register only for non-connect person after the 404 page.

Other question : is it possible to have the complete form for non-register person.

    Thanks for the help ??

Update : in my PHP logs, I have this error [11-Dec-2018 13:22:06 UTC] PHP Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /wp-content/plugins/events-manager/classes/em-booking.php on line 345

    Hi Robert,
    EM User here.

I get that warning too. It is something in PHP 7.2 and not limited to EM.

Fortunately that is only a warning and not an error.
It has nothing to do with your 404 error, though.

Do you have a link to share?

    Thanks for the response.

Yes in my local I’m in PHP Version 7.2.12

Ah… My website is in my local only…

But I can host this ??

Then it will just be guessing…
The #em-booking refers to the div that contains the booking form. You should never be redirected to #em-booking, but even so, the div is always there if you have used the placeholder #_BOOKINGFORM in your mark-up.

What payment gateway are you using?

Ehm… HOW did you get the event URL to be event-name/?Date= ????
That is not the way EM formats its event.

Normally events slugs are the event name and if it’s a recurring event, the event date will be added, like: /events/my-event-2018-12-11.

Putting anything after the last / will make WordPress think that events-name is a directory and will search for a page ?date=2018-12-11 in that folder. That page does not exists, of course. Hence your 404.

So the problem seems to be your permalink settings.
