I recently moved my client’s site to a new web host and everything is working except for one plugin. After the move, I got a 404 error on the Woocommerce cart page. Once I eliminated all other potential causes, I disabled every plugin and the only one causing the problem was Visual Portfolio free version 2.21.2. I also noticed the two portfolios have a 404 on their pages as well. The only error in the Chrome Console is “GET https://thequiltingplace.com/published-work/ 404” For now, I have to disable Visual Portfolio because my client’s customers are unable to view their shopping carts or make purchases when VP is enabled.

I’m using Divi theme 4.19.5 and WP 6.1.1. I’d like to continue to use Visual Portfolio because my client finds it easy to use. Can you help me figure out how to solve this problem? If I need to upgrade to the paid version, I’d like to know it doesn’t have this problem, or I can get my money back if the problem persists.

    Thank you, Kristin

    Hey.

Please, try to update to the latest plugin version, then open Settings → Permalinks and select this setting – https://shot.nkdev.info/7Ks6D7kDMzHZM2gcs3vf

And click on the Save button. And let me know if it will not help.

We have never seen any conflict with WooCommerce, and don’t know how to fix this problem. Let’s check the possible Permalinks bug.

p.s. the Pro plugin will not help, as it is a basic functionality.

    Regards, nK.

    Hi

I’ve got latest update Version:?2.22.0 but also getting this error “page can’t be found” on 2 of my pages.

I reset permalinks, then it worked for a few hours, but then erros happened again.

My web guy told me it’s this plugin.
