404 error on store page

Hello, just as I thought the website was ready to launch, I realized there is a 404 error when trying to view a vendors store. The permalinks are set to “Post Name” under Common Settings and Custom Base under product permalink which is set to /product/ … In the Dokan settings, the vendor store URL is set to https://rebornadoptions.com/%5Bthis-text%5D/%5Bseller-name%5D but if you actually try and go to it on the website it shows up as https://rebornadoptions.com/https:/rebornadoptions.com/%5Bthis-text%5D/%5Bseller-name%5D/prettybabies/ . Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
