404 error on some tags

I’ve tried searching the forums and internet and can’t find a solution to this 404 problem with tags.
An example page with the problem is
https://www.wmimmigration.com/tag/tier-4/I’m using https://www.wmimmigration.com/sample-post/ as the permalinks structure.
I tried adding “category” into category base field and “tag2 into the tag base field, but this didn’t change anything.
Is there any other solutions to this problem?
