404 Error on Login page and external redirects

    I’m facing 404 issue

    Sometimes my wordpress login page ends up as 404 error page.

    Also some random external links redirected also end up as 404 error page.

    I have recently migrated to new host and facing issue ever since.
    I had modified my htaccess to hide my wp login.

    RewriteRule ^/mylogin/?$ /wp-login.php [QSA,L]

    Although its entirely an replica of previous I was getting 404 error for hidden login page.

    I went ahead and removed that piece of code , cleared my cache and i was able to get login page.

    However , after a day i( myself , my editors) keep facing this issue randomly.

    Moreover , i have all my external links redirected using a php file.

    Along with login pages, some of these links randomly end up as 404 error page.

    I think these issues are related and desperately need to solve this.

    My bounce rate is increasing , low conversions are editors are pissed off.
