404 error on login for not verified users

  • Hi,
    I noticed something changed for new unverified users.
    Now when they want to connect to their account, they are blocked and can’t.
    Before that, they could log-in and I would just hide the prices etc, and mention “you are not approved yet” somewhere on the website.
    But recently, the login attempts leads to a 404 error.
    I tried changing the theme (to flatsome), and instead of a 404 I just have a “Erreur : Votre compte est en attente de validation.” message.

    How can I fix this to the way it was before ? Thank you.

    Hi there,

    I tested in a clean installation with the latest version of the Lite plugin. I did not see a 404 error, instead I am seeing “Error: Your account is waiting for approval. Until approved, you cannot login.” as expected.

    I believe there is some issue in your site. Try to disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and B2BKing.

    My understanding is that you are talking about the lite version. If you have purchased the premium version, please use our support platform at https://webwizards.ticksy.com
