404 error on course pages – permalinks

When I preview or visit the link where my course page should be located, I get a 404 error. I have looked around this forum and see that many others have the same issue. However, I have not been able to solve it even after updating my permalink settings. Currently, the permalink shows with the base “courses.” This is what I have it set to in settings. But when I visit the page at that link, I get a 404 error. However, I am able to see the page at the default permalink setting https://www.growapairandtrade.com/?lp_course=free-starter-course. This does not work for me because when I try to add this course to my menu, it uses the permalink described in settings “courses” base, which gives the 404 error. I have also tried setting my permalink back to the default, but that still does not work.
