404 error on category page

    I’m using this on a Nexcess server, but now my example.com/shop/catgory page gives a 404 error.

    Oddly, when I spin up a Staging site on that server, the category page works on the staging site, but still not on the main site.

    Flush object cache doesn’t work, but I can recover the category page on the main site by disabling this plugin.

    Nexcess says it’s a plugin problem. Any suggestions?

    Since it’s _only_ your installation (nobody else) it’s not a plugin problem, but an issue with your particular WordPress installation.

    I’d suggest digging into this code wise with a developer.

    You could try turning of all other plugins, flushing the cache and seeing if the issue persists, then it might be your theme. If it goes away, try turning on one plugin at a time, flush the cache and see stops working again.
