I had someone try to buy something from my shop but once they got to the cart section the page just lead them to a 404 error. It appears there and the checkout page. It did work before but now it isn’t for some reason.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Following up on this- I found out that the plugins eCommerce Product Catalog for WordPress and WooCommerce Catalog Booster somehow conflict with the original woocommerce plugin.

They somehow disable the cart and checkout functions. Is there any way to work around this?

    Hi there,

While we’re not really familiar with those plugins, after a quick look, it appears they may include features for disabling the WooCommerce Cart and Checkout pages. Perhaps there are some settings in those plugins that are disabling the Cart and Checkout pages.

Is there any way for me to fix that? It definitely does disable the cart and checkout pages but they make the theme look really nice on mobile.

That’s another issue i’m having- where the woocommerce store on mobile is horrible and the layout doesn’t make any sense and distorts the images.

It sounds like you’re using different plugins that modify how core WooCommerce works. How it looks on mobile is determined by the theme.

I’d recommend working through a conflict test – it’ll let you see exactly which plugins and themes are affecting your site. Here’s how:

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session without affecting normal visitors to your site. Note that Health Check may not count Storefront as a default theme, so you can also use Twenty Seventeen as well.

If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
