404 error message when selecting star

  • ok so website magazine posted an article about some great plugins and WP customer reviews was one of the plugins I decided to try that they had written about. after install I set all the settings and made a new page and selected that page as the submit and review page. Everything works well with the plugin EXCEPT when a customer selects the star rating before you can finish writing the review the page redirects to my 404 error page! I want to use this plugin and need help figuring out why this is happening and what to do about it any suggestions?

  • I’m getting the same error on one site, and not on another. I’d like to hear a fix for this. No way and I going to pay to update to 3 if this can’t be resolved.

    How I fixed mine 404 issue was disabled all the plugins and re-actived them 1 @ a time. The Google Analytics plug in i was using was not compatible with the wp customer review plugin. I uninstalled the GA plugin and used another one i found that is compatible with the customer review plugin.

    Hmmm… I’ll try that, but the plugin maker should still look at this.
