404() Error Litespeed + Quic.cloud

    I’m using Litespeed + Quic.cloud. In some pages, the CSS and JS doesn’t load and shows the follow error:

    empregomais.com/:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()(index):187

    When I disable the Litespeed it start to work again. I thought it was the deferred JS, but I guess it’s not the problem. But, for the logged users, it’s work fine. Weird!

    Can anyone help me? Thanks.

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    please check if you have enable in LiteSpeed Cache -> CDN -> Enable QUIC cloud ?

    if it was not enabled, enable it , then do a purge all , then go to your QC dashboard, and flush CDN cache from there

    please create a ticket by mail to support at litespeedtech.com with reference link to this topic , we will investigate further.

    I have been using QUIC.Cloud CDN for years. A couple of weeks ago I started getting 404 errors on my post and pages.

    I confirmed with other people in Europe that my main site was accessible but not my post.

    I am was the QUIC.Cloud DNS as well. Unfortunately, I had to switch back my DNS management to my local CyberPanel DNS.

    Hopefully they correct this issue so that I can used their paid CDN.
