404 Error Linking Levels to Checkout

On membership levels page, when you select a plan it links to the checkout page but comes back with a 404 error even though it’s the correct link. Page was working for months with no error.
I have made sure the short code is correct on checkout page.
I have turned off all plugins looking for conflect.
