404 error in google

A common reason to receive a 404 error at the Google login is that something does not allow sending the user scopes (e.g. .profile) through.
You can do a simple test by visiting
https://yoursite.com/wp-login.php?test=.profile
to see if that gives a 404 error. I think it will, but without the exact scope matching:
https://yoursite.com/wp-login.php?test=.profil
everything should be fine. (Make sure you replace yoursite.com with your site address.)

The issue could also be that the http/https URL are not enabled in the redirect. Try opening this page:
https://yoursite.com/wp-login.php?test=https://yoursite.com
to see if that’s a 404 page. Without https it should work:
https://yoursite.com/wp-login.php?test=yoursite.com

If you have some kind of security plugin, it’s worth temporarily disabling it to see if that creates these 404 pages.

It might not be Mod Security banning this URL, but it should be something else on the server “blacklisting” the URL because of the .profile or the https in the URL. Either of these tests should give a 404 page and that way you can ask for more specific help from your host.
