The icons next to orders to that generate the invoice/packing slip pdf’s sends me to 404 instead of invoice pdf. This happens when i enable woocommerce subscriptions which is a new plugin for us. When I disable the problem goes away.

This doesn’t happen in the staging site, only the live site.

using version 2.4.3 of this plugin, and 3.0 of the subscription plugin

Hoping someone might be able to help or point me in the right direction

    Hi @jikhtiari,

Are you getting any specific errors in your error log? You can check for errors via WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check for errors beginning with ‘wpo-wcpdf-‘. Let us know what you find.

I increased the memory to 256m in wp-config. so far so good. Thank you Kluver

Glad to hear that solves the issue! I recommend checking your logo size and format too, and recommend JPG at maximum 300dpi, this may drastically reduce memory usage of the PDF creation process.
