404 error detection not working

I have the same trouble…

as long as i know about this problem is that the latest version of Plugin change mysql engine of 2 tables of this plugin to InnoDB but i am using MyISAM, thats why the plugin is unable to write data to these tables, infact plugin is working.

I also have the problem that no 404 errors are being reported with Better WP Security 3.6.5 on WP 3.8.1.
