    on the “404 errors” tab, in the “Date” column… is the date / time stamp showing the date / time that a visitor actually landed on the URL and got a 404 error?

    and if so, is it possible the same URL is listed multiple times if other visitors also landing on the same URL?

    and if the same URL is listed multiple times, would the same URL be counted multiple times in the total 404 error count?
