404 Error Custom Header Upload

I moved my site to another host and since then, I’ve been getting all kind of errors with different things. So, want to try to get this resolved, if not, I think I may have to just move my account back to the previous host.

First off, I’m getting nothing but HTTP errors when I upload ANY SIZE images. Now, when I upload a new logo through the custom header section, it automatically take me to a 404 Error page. The image will still upload to the Media Library, but it won’t upload into the header section.

So far, I’m having to just add it in CSS… which works fine, but I’m still concerned about the fact that I’m getting a 404 error when I try to use the custom header upload and also that I can’t upload any images without getting a HTTP error.
