404 Error After Making Credit Card PayPal Payment

Hi All,

I’ve submitted a ticket to WooThemes for this issue, OVER a week ago, and haven’t heard a thing… NOT happy considering what we paid for the extension.

We have purchased the PayPal Advanced extension for WC because we need to accept credit cards directly, as opposed to going through the “PayPal” option and selecting not to log into your PayPal account.

We already had a PayPal Payments Advanced account, so we didn’t need to set one up. We followed the instructions provided on the WooThemes page, which involved making changes to settings in your PayPal Manager account site. I checked the settings where you put in a URL to be redirected back to then the purchase is completed.

Everything seems to work fine until you finish paying with your credit card, and are redirected back to the checkout page. You get a 404 page not found error.

Our WC version is 2.2.10, and we are using the Nosh restaurant theme from ThemeCanon.
