    Hi!
I’ve been using your plugin (legacy version 3) for quite some years now. Until all of a sudden the error “Download path is invalid” appeared.

Just now I downloaded the newest versions of the plugin (1.7.2) with the Legacy importer tool. Also purchased the Page addon. So far so good. But when I open a download and click on the download button I get a 404-error.

The url that gives a 404 contains “/home/httpd/vhosts/academiebw.nl/httpdocs/”
When I remove this part the download works.

    How can I fix this?

  • Hey,

Hard to debug like this but are you sure that part of the path is correct and the plugin is allowed to access the file like. On shared hosts you might not access a file via it’s complete server path.

Are there too many downloads to remove that path part from the version paths?

Hey, thanks for your fast reply.
The paths of the files (about 1000) are correct. The server path (/home/httpd/vhosts/academiebw.nl/httpdocs/) is added somewhere else, but I don’t know how and where.

    Update:

I’ve found that for the files that were imported via ftp, the server path was included. There are to many files to change this manually, so I have made a DB export and replaced all those paths with the absolute paths. Imported again, now all paths are correct.
