404 error

If you got 404 issue on a particular page. Perhaps it was due to not published yet.

Please check your page from dashboard and ensure it is not set to draft mode.

The page is published, and it has an embedded form on the page that is giving the 404, this page was working fine, I have not deleted the form, but it seems that the form is not with my other forms anymore.

I have the form code still in the page which is

How do I recreate the form again?

I am wondering part of your page’s content (perhaps your form) could potentially cause you that trouble. Because it might contain problematic script that blocks the page to load properly. To verify this, you can delete the content, update page, and run your test. Before doing so, ensure you make a copy for easier content restore.

I have deleted the form code and updated the page to show OK now.

The form is an important part of the page to allow the Men to choose which gathering they wish to write a testimonial for.
