First of all, I am a big fan of this plugin.

When I create a download link, it works as expected for an hour and then it starts to show 404 error.

I thought it may be caused by cache plugin and I added exclusion for /download patch but the problem persists.

Could you please help me to solve this problem?

    Thanks.

  • Hey @yzgulec,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

This is strange. Can you disable all other plugins including any caching and then test again?

    Hello,

I solved the problem by renaming the folder that has the files in my FTP account.

The problem was probably because the name of folder (“download”) and automatically created links by the plugin (www.domain.com/download) were the same.

    Thanks.

    Hey @yzgulec,

Thanks for the update and I’m glad you found the issue.
