    Did you delete the templates by any chance? or re-assign them? or edit any of the plugin files?

    I went to your help desk and tested, the email i got was very plain, and does not look like anything like the uCare templates.

    Also, I noticed you’re on an older version of uCare. Make sure you update the plugin. Not necessarily the cause of the issue here, but the 1.6 update is significant, and highly recommended to update.
