    1. Activated the plugin on a virgin WP installation.

    2. Added a term and published it.

    3. Clicked on permalink and got a 404 error.

    4. mysite.com/glossary/ also gets 404.

    Possible version incompatibility?

N.B. This is a WP multisite installation. The test site was created from superadmin (network dashboard).

I discovered that mydomain.com/?post_type=glossary does show the archive so this seems to be permalink related.

Deactivating and reactivating the plugin fixed the problem, thanks.
