Your domain is loading for me, but it missing the style-sheet. It looks like you have an issue with the path to your WordPress installation as you have /wp.com in the URL.

EDITED – I removed the config.php file you posted but this forum is very quickly indexed by Google, so it may be widely public already.

Site URL means the address or the link that anyone hit in their browser to reach to the certain blog/site.
