    I am working on a solution.
    Please untick Table IV-A6: Enable pretty links.

    Will be fixed in the next version.

    If you can edit plugins, you may patch it as follows:

    File wppa-links.php line 502:

    //	if ( ! isset($_ENV["SCRIPT_URI"]) ) return $uri;

    change to:

    if ( ! isset($_ENV["SCRIPT_URI"]) ) return $uri;
