404 error

Hi after installing redirection everything went perfectly except that I got a mixed message security error on my check out page (it is set to ssl) the developer tools console pointed to an image that was being redirected to a 404.
The 404 log in redirection had a long list of that particular image being redirected right around the time I set up the plugin. I added a new redirection in the plugin changing from
https://kikilee.com/checkout/wp-content/themes/couture/images/icons/cart_panel.pngto
https://kikilee.com/checkout/wp-content/themes/couture/images/icons/cart_panel.png.
I see it in the list of 404s along with the redirects created with plugin installation and I am still having the same error. I did not know if I should delete the old redirects cause there were so many and worried about messing up the site.
How can I fix this. I can’t have mixed content errors on my checkout page.
