After update this plugin from 2.3.5 to 2.3.6 all product pages show 404 error.
    Replacing previous version files resolved.

Apologies for the issue here. Was the version 2.3.6 active after updating?

Yes. My product pages were broken after plugin auto update from v2.3.5 to v2.3.6.

Same issue on one of my sites. I’ve missed an entire day’s worth of sales because of this…

Hello, I have the same problem in the places where I update to version 2.3.6
I had to go back to version 2.3.5

Same here. Rolled back to 2.3.5…

Same here after 2.3.6. Downgraded to 2.3.5 and everything fine again

Same here also. Lost a long time searching around cache or aliasing rewriting potential issues…
Does not seem to have DB alterations so rolling back codebase files directly will stay safe for you, in the meantime waiting for a fix.

    Hey everyone,

Apologies for any inconvenience regarding this. Could you please try to resave your permalink settings in your WordPress dashboard >> Settings >> Permalinks even without changing anything and see if the issue will persist?

If so, please send us a message on our contact form @https://premmerce.com/contact-us/ so we could proceed in looking further into this as it seems that not all users experienced this issue when we did some tests.

We’ll look forward to your messages and to helping you with this.

    Hi @mkesteban08

Before posting in the forum I’ve tried the usual tricks:

    – Delete .htaccess and save permalinks
    – Save permalinks again
    – Disable the plugin and save permalinks again
    – Activate again the plugin, save changes and save permalinks again.
    – Delete browser caches
    – Purge server and filesystem caches

    Everything failed :/

@fernandot It was the first thing I tried but I kept getting the 404 error.

    The plugin is still broken.

Yes, same here. All the products show 404. Lucky me I did the entire site backup where I have Version 2.3.5. Even installing 2.3.6. and rolling back doesn’t reverse the site to the previous state…

    Hey @piotrszczesniak!

A rollback should fix this. Can you please contact us here so we can check your site.

Redirections are often cached by the browser so make sure you either clear the cache, use an incognito mode or a different browser.

We’re looking forward to get this sorted.
