Hello. I am not sure what the cause is, but every time I update this plugin, all of my products and categories lead to a 404 page. The catalog page is fine. I have found that if I de-activate all other plugins but this one, then re-activate them, everything comes back. I have yet to de-activate them one-by-one when this happens, but I have tried activating them, one-by-one, to see if the error reoccurs and it doesn’t. Every time it happens, the problem is resolved after I de-activate whatever plugin may be causing the issue and then re-activating it doesn’t cause it to happen again until I update this plugin.

It isn’t too much of a bother, but I wanted to know if you are aware of this issue.

    I am using:

    • Advanced Database Cleaner
    • Advanced Editor Tools
    • Calculated Fields Form
    • Call Now Button
    • Contact Form 7
    • Disable Gutenberg
    • Easy Forms for Mailchimp
    • Enable Media Replace
    • FileBird Lite
    • MapPress Google Maps and Leaflet Maps
    • Page scroll to id
    • Product Catalog Simple
    • SSL Insecure Content Fixer
    • WordPress Latest Version, PHP 7.4

    Thank you.

    Hi @geshra,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

Would you please provide the screenshot of the Products > System Status page?

    Hi @geshra,

    Thank you for the screenshot.

Would you please update to the latest version? Does it help?

If it happens again you can go to WordPress Settings > Permalinks and save without changing anything.

I am not sure if you changed anything, but with the latest update the error didn’t reoccur.

I was having the same problem after a managed hosting update and the recommended approach of doing the following worked for me:
    * Settings >> Permalinks >> Scroll to bottom >> Save Changes
Thank you for the guidance @geshra.

@pobblebonk That makes sense. If it occurs again, I will try that. Based on the symptoms, it would make sense that it is a permalink issue that may have been solved in the last update. Anyway, I am going to close this thread. I appreciate the help from both the author and you as well!

@ndre I meant to give you the kudos as you provided the tip on resaving the permalinks. Thank you again as you saved my bacon ??
