    Hey,

    There is an issue that when a specific type of user role registers an account, the user is taken to a 404 page. The activation email is sent, but when i actually click on activate, i get an error that i need to resend the activation link. When I resend the link even before clicking on it, I receive the welcome email that my account has been created. However, the account actually isnt created. And its a perpetual cycle.

    Can you please help?

    Hi,

    I would need more information on your plugin’s setup to be able to pin point the issue. However, here are a couple of options that you could try:

    1. Can you please make sure under the General settings of the plugin, the user role is not exempt from verifications

    2. Also under the general settings can you please try and activate the Send as a separate email option and the Delay WooCommerce “Customer new account” email option.

    3. Still under General settings can you please rechek your redirect on success settings.

    If you could share screenshots of the plugin’s settings that would be helpful.
