I think that the default Thank You page in my WooCommerce testshop was not hooked up to a theme. When an order is placed, instead of a thank you page appearing, I get an “Oops! That page can’t be found.” message. The URL being displayed is something like https://testshop.mydomain.com/order-received/2267/?page_id=7&key=wc_order_dox0dPCGBYLUl . I’ve tried switching templates and also switching the plug-ins for shipping rates, neither of which makes a difference. I also individually de-activated plug-ins for minimum order, free shipping, and Storefront powerpack.

There is public_html\wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\templates\checkout\thankyou.php which has comments “This template can be overridden by copying it to yourtheme/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php.” I am using the Storefront theme and there is no such page. Any suggestions?

  • Hi @stanm784!

To further check into this, kindly provide us your System Status; you can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, paste in here your response.

    Thanks!

I believe I was able to get this resolved by using the NextMove Lite plug-in.
