Created sub-site “jhhr”, tables exists in database, but, the “sites” folder is not being created. Thus, 404 when going to /wp-admin, and just a folder listing “cgi-bin”.

Have wild card set up in cPanel. The main site has been active for couple of years. Activated Multisite a few days ago. (this is a sub-domain activation).

    Main site is working.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

FYI: Found the problem. Wild card in cPanel created but the default setting created a folder, thus any request went to that folder instead of /public_html. This scenario usually works, but this time the domain name is with another registrar not associated with the host. Changed wild card setting to point to /public_html and everything worked.
