• After having used the plugin for a couple months, today we started receiving this erro. It started with a 500 error but when refreshing the page showed the Mashery quota limit error.

I see that WordPress has a limit on its Mashery API but I didn’t think I had signed up for Mashery for this.
    Any thoughts?

    Thanks!

  • Same Issue here. This has come up before and usually Katz just has to increase the rate on his side. Hell being popular.

Zach, thanks for any help you can provide.

The plugin isn’t working on two sites I am managing. Depending upon the browser and operating system, after hitting submit I either get a blank white screen or various error messages. On the back end there is no way to access the lists on the account. I suspect that everyone using it for their Constant Contact optin is affected. Since this is the sort of form people tend to ‘set and forget’ assuming it to be reliable, there would probably be a lot more posts if everyone was paying attention.

Note to Zach, the woman who has the phone number ending in 1477 would be saved from a lot of calls if you would update the contact information for your business. She says she has had the number for two years and hears from a lot of people in search of assistance.

This is my first experience with Constant Contact optins, but it does appear that your plugin is the best of the available options. I hope you get this fixed soon. Thanks

Hi, haven’t had an issue with Constant Contact Plugin until today. I’m also getting
403: The Mashery account associated with this request is over its rate limit quota.

Constant Contact said that they have had several people call about this =(

    I’m running php v5.6.29, wordpress v4.8, plugin v4.1.1

Any help would be great! Thanks!

Update, this started working on it’s own. If you did anything, thanks.

    Robert
