403: Re-authentication

    I have gone through the setup and it says that it is all good and connected, but then when I click see report, I get – 403: Your MonsterInsights authentication has expired. Please re-authenticate on the MonsterInsights settings panel. Any help with this is appreciated

    Hi @willbode,

    Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here!

    To help resolve authentication issues, please try the following:

    1. Log into your WordPress site and go to Insights ? Settings to find the Google Authentication section.
    2. First click on Disconnect MonsterInsights. Here’s how to find it: https://a.supportally.com/i/sRufHT
    3. If disconnecting doesn’t work the first time, please try again! It will work on the second try.
    4. Once successfully disconnected, please try completing the Setup Wizard again.
