    my clients cant download digital magazine becouse error 403 Permission Denied
    Why?

    File download method
    It only works “Only Redirect”

    Force Download, its no work for me.

    Has this ever worked?

    We have seen this before where Force Download does not work, the perms on the file are correct, and the path is also correct.

    Can you have your hosting provider check and see if there is an issue?

    Previously if it worked correctly.
    My provider hosting say everything all Ok.
