    Hi @arnoutvandervorst!

    Why does this happen?

Is your WooCommerce site connected to WooCommeerce.com as per https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-woocommerce-com-subscriptions/#section-1 then it should return results. Otherwise, you’ll hit into the 403 error.

    Cheers!

    Thanks for the reply!

It’s connected, to be sure I disconnected and re-established the connection. Confirmed the login, and all seems fine. I don’t have a paid subscription yet for any extensions, could that be the reason for a 403?

For now, I’ll just leave it disconnected until we start using WooCommerce Subscriptions.

    Hi @arnoutvandervorst

That’s odd that it’s still giving you a 403 error when you’re logged in. Please do let us know how it goes when you start using WooCommerce Subscriptions. We would be happy to dig into it further at that time.

I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions please feel free to start a new thread.
