403 Forbidden page in Customize

  • When I click Appearance > Customise, a “403 Forbidden page” is returned. However, my website is working fine as far as I can tell, and this issue only exists when trying to use Onetone customisation.

    Has anyone encountered this issue? And would know of the fix?
