403 Forbidden nginx Inbound Forms

  • Hello,
    We use this plugin since 2 years ago and works good.
    Now we are facing problem with the inbound form. It′s not sending the form leads and when we go to check the contro panel it shows the message 403 Forbidden nginx

    Updates:
    The form shows correctly on the web page.
    I can see the leads in the WordPress admin panel.
    The leads page show this message “WordPress Leads is not currently installed/activated to view and manage leads please turn it on.”
    Then I install the inbound nowd leads (it’s not updated to the latest woprdpress version) and then I can see some more data of the leads.

    Some problems still happen.
    1. The confirmation message after sent the form it′s not working.
    2. We are not receiving the email with the lead generated.
