403 Forbidden nginx Error

    Hello,

    I am having issues with my Career Portal displaying on my test page. I followed all of the directions and added the [oscp] shortcode like instructed but I keep getting the 403 Forbidden nginx error. I know the Career Portal plugin is set up correctly because the link to our plugin is working and displaying our jobs. Here is the link to our plugin for reference: https://www.jsginc.com/wp-content/plugins/bullhorn-oscp/index.html

    This is because you need a default index file set, this link without the index.html should work for example: https://jsginc.com/wp-content/plugins/bullhorn-oscp/#/

    This configuration can be done in your .htaccess file or managed in your site’s cpanel.

    Thank you for your quick reply. Our IT team has informed me that our domain host does not allow us to access the cpanel. How can I access the .htaccess file through WordPress? Can you please provide some steps on how to locate it in WordPress (if that’s even possible)?

    I am not sure you can fix this as a .htacess file is for an apache server, not Nginx which you are using

    You will need to ask your hosting support to add index.html as a default index file
