403 Forbidden Error when signing in – /wp-admin works

When I goto my domain, it diverts to the following with the plugin enabled:
https://mydomain.com/?password-protected=login&redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fmydomain.com%2F
This generates the 403 error.
If I remove the %2f from the URL and replace it with / It works as expected.
Working URL is:
https://mydomain.com/?password-protected=login&redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fmydomain.com/Any ideas please folks?
If I disable the plugin, everything works OK.
