403 Forbidden error- can not make any changes !

    Hello Max Mega,
    please help me with a prompt solution for the following strange case.

    When i try to make any change on the menu using the Max Mega Menu plugin, i have a white image with text : 403 Forbidden – Access to this resource on the server is denied!
    Strange is that i use this plugin for a while with no problems + I was able to make changes with actual actual wordpress and plugin version+even after i update the plugin with actual version, still not working !

    So why this was suddenly came up?
    And most important, how can i promptly repair that?

    Hi Joy,

    The error is likely to be due to your server setup – it’s not liking the save process for some reason.

    Please check this first: https://www.megamenu.com/documentation/menu-item-limit/

    Otherwise you will need to get in contact with your host and ask them to check the error logs for your site, that should provide more information. If it’s not the menu item limit, then I suspect it’s something to do with mod_security (if you pass that onto your host they should understand).
