403 Forbidden Error

Hi, I have installed this plugin but can’t access administration page. There’s the following error occuring:
“NetworkError: 403 Forbidden – https://www.example.com/wp-content/plugins/24liveblog/u24liveblog_setting.php”I have checked “u24liveblog_setting.php” file permittions and it’s set to 644. I also tried to uninstall and re-install plugin, but didn’t solve the problem.
What should I do next? Can you help me please?
