This is most likely due to your host’s Mod Security ruleset. Often, hosts implement a predetermined set of rules for Mod Security and do not make local adjustments. This can lead to false positives, which is what you are most likely experiencing here. Contact your host, let them know the issue and that you suspect this is a false positive. They will implement an exception on their end.

    Hello Chad!

Should I resolve the issue/error by myself if I will disable the “Mod Security” in my Cpanel?

    Thanks in Advance!

That’s not something I can answer for you. It would be irresponsible to give that kind of advice in this kind of format. It’s too specific to your hosting set-up and outside the scope of the plugin. I recommend that you consult with your host regarding your specific situation.

(Personally, if it were me, no, I would not disable Mod Security. I would look at what ruleset is installed, determine what’s causing the issue, and then adjust the settings accordingly. That may not be something that you’re able to do, and I’m most definitely not suggesting that you should or should not do something. Hosting issues such as this are best handled by your specific host.)
