    @AndyWarren – Can you check your PHP error logs, sounds like a conflict between another plugin or theme and we need to get specifics to work it out quickly without tons of trial and error / guessing.

    Also may be beneficial to try disabling any other plugins that you can to see if the issue remains, but error logs are best bet right off.
