403 Forbidden

  • Everytime I try to save a plug-in settings a page comes up with the message:
    403 Forbidden
    Access is forbidden to the requested page:
    /wp-admin/options.php (port 80)
    I’ve tried changing the permissions for the folder. Nothing seems to work. This error only occurs when I try to input an external(social) URL. I hope one of you have a solution!
