403 Forbidden

That is caused by htaccess configuration, seems hosting conflict with plugin’s htaccess file.
I will write it down and add some alternatives in the next update (probably in 2 weeks).

I’ve updated plugin, you now can login to your hosting’s PhpMyAdmin.
